Royal Mail
Implementing a new visual design language and redesigning key customer journeys across the website and mobile app
Royal Mail became a client in 2017 after we successfully pitched to become a rostered agency.
Projects for Royal Mail were numerous covering both website and app work and included optimisation work as well as designing wholly new journeys and tools.
During these individual projects I undertook many different tasks including requirements gathering, user experience auditing, ideation, user journey flows, wireframes, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design and design critiques.
In addition to the above practical tasks I worked closely with key stakeholders at Royal Mail to help them to understand how to plan design activity within an Agile framework (as the business was moving to an Agile way of working,) how to work alongside technical partners to ensure design deliverables were feasible within the existing technical framework and how to utilise Design Systems to protect the integrity and scalability of the Royal Mail online experience going forward.
The samples of work shown above are the concepts I created to help win the original pitch.
